Protea uses up down monitoring. This means the second a fault is found, it's immediately reported to our Technical Assistance Centre.

If one of your cameras goes down, one of our engineers gets a report within a second of it happening. They will contact you within ten minutes, regardless of the time of day, to inform you if any part of the security system is not functioning at an optimal level.

Your security staff are also welcome to call us if they need help with something that hasn't been proactively spotted by our system. Or if they're simply unsure of how to operate something. All calls are logged for your records.
